Nylex Holdings Sdn Bhd produces PVC leathercloth, geosynthetics and rotational moulded products. We are the market leader in Malaysia and ASEAN. Nylex presently operates from two plants; Shah Alam in Malaysia and Surabaya in Indonesia.
Our PVC products are used in a wide spectrum of applications such as furniture upholstery, automotive interiors, footwear, and diary covers. Through intensive R&D, we are able to value-add our products with fire-retardant, anti- microbial, anti-cold crack, UV-resistant properties that meet international standards.
Our geosynthetic products which include prefabricated vertical drains (PVD) are used extensively in land reclamation and soil improvement. To date, we have supplied a total of 250 million metres of PVDs (also known as wickdrains for various infrastructure projects around the world such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Port of Tanjung Pelepas land reclamation in Malaysia, and Macau International Airport. Rotational moulding represents our other core competency. We have focus on making customised products through our in-house capacity in AutoCAD and mould fabrication. Our product range includes intermediate bulk containers (IBC), chemical storage, traffic management etc.
Nylex has the vision to develop environmental- friendly products, predominantly for the European market. In this region, we are proud to be the first manufacturer of heavy metal-free, and phthalate free products.

THE ENGINEERED POLYMERS (EP)
THE ENGINEERED POLYMERS (EP) unit is involved in the manufacturing and marketing of geosynthetics and rotomoulded products. Geosynthetics products are used in civil engineering, infrastructure construction, landscapping and other related industries. Our rotomoulded products are supplied to the building, chemical, environmental, marine and recreational industries. We are a leading provider of custom moulding service for making moulded plastic parts for various applications.

P.T. NYLEX INDONESIA (PTNI) established since 2004, is a subsidiary of NYLEX (MALAYSIA) BERHAD and manufactures PVC and PU synthetic sheets for furniture upholstery and automotive interiors.
