Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad - Polymer Division, established since 1970 produces PVC leathercloth, films and sheets, geosynthetics and rotational moulded products. We are the market leader in Malaysia and ASEAN where our products and brand are widely recognized as a consistently high badge of quality and innovative design.

Our PVC products are used in a wide spectrum of applications such as furniture upholstery, automotive interiors, speaker box laminates, gypsum board laminates, and diary covers. Through intensive R&D, we are able to value-add our products with fire-retardant, anti-microbial, anti-cold crack, UV-resistant, etc properties. Such capabilities coupled with reliable, short delivery lead time have enabled us to export our products to as many as forty countries in the world.

Our geosynthetic products which include prefabricated vertical drains are used extensively in land reclamation and soil improvement. To date, we have supplied a total of 250 million metres of PVDs/wickdrains for various infrastructure projects around the world such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Port of Tanjung Pelepas land reclamation in Malaysia, and Macau International Airport.

Rotational moulding is another of our core competency. As opposed to producing generic products, we focus on making customized products through our in-house capability in AutoCAD and mould fabrication. Our products range include IBCs (intermediate bulk containers), playground equipment, chemical storage tanks, traffic management products e.g. road barriers, and military ammunition boxes.
